  I didn't know what to expect when I embarked upon my treatment to straighten my rather out of line teeth especially the bottom ones which were a problem to clean but I needn't have worried as the result is excellent. I don't have to be embarrassed about my teeth when I smile and they are much easier to clean. Each and every member of the staff are polite, friendly and caring, always making you feel welcome and at ease. Peter Huntley and Nicola Clements saw me through my treatment and always made sure that I was happy along the way, I couldn't have been in better hands.

  Dr Peter Huntley gave me the WORST experience I've had in my lifetime from any professional. I left his practice in tears after the way he spoke to me. Being a highly recommended orthodontist in the new area which I'd moved to, I had high hopes that he could help me with retaining my teeth after an Invisalign treatment from another dentist. During my appointment Dr Huntley was having trouble with his computer and spent about half an hour writing my notes and trying to upload photos of my teeth so that he could show and explain his advice to me. I waited patiently and had no problem with this as I understand these things can happen unexpectedly. He managed to get it working and explained what he thought. We were discussing 2 possible scenarios of treatment and I had a couple of more questions to clarify before leaving. I asked the first question and Dr Huntley said I feel like I'm repeating myself and I replied with I am the patient and I should be able to ask any questions that I have!?? He then said I'm already late for my next patient! I couldn't believe his attitude, I said you're late because of your issues with your computer, I've paid for my time. And he said there won't be a charge for you, I said I've already paid and that isn't the point! I continued with why are you acting this way? I came to get your advice. I was very shocked by his behaviour and found it very upsetting. I left the room in tears. I felt sorry for his staff, they took me into another room to calm me down, they tried to reassure me that he was upset over his computer because he's a perfectionist. He likes everything to be as it should. Well he clearly has issues with dealing with patients in vulnerable situations and can't handle it if anything goes wrong. Is this what you would expect from a highly recommended orthodontic professional? Of course not, thanks Dr Huntley for wasting my time and leaving me to feel hopeless about retaining my smile, shocking that someone in your position is unable to control his feeling and emotions even in a professional setting! The best way to describe your attitude on the day would be equivalent to a school boy / teenager who didn't get things his own way.
